With a Hot Stamped Boron Steel (HSBS) construction, the RX Rear Bumper is strong enough to hold up to abuse. The bumpers are zinc plated, e-coated, and finally powder coated for ultimate corrosion and scratch resistance. AEV offers multiple accessories for the RX Rear Bumper, so you can outfit it exactly as you need for your specific purpose. Off-Road Ready: The high-clearance design of the AEV RX Rear Bumper improves departure angles. Steel tubing protect the corners from rocks and other obstacles. The bumper features integrated heavy-duty clevises that allow you to mount a pair of 3/4-inch d-ring shackles (sold separately).
Heavy-Duty Construction: Made from press hardened Hot Stamped Boron Steel (HSBS) and durable steel tubing, the AEV RX Rear bumper can handle anything you and your Jeep can dish out. For ultimate corrosion and scratch resistance, the AEV zinc plates, e-coats, and then powder coats their RX Rear Bumpers. The rotomolded end caps are lightweight and feature an integrated step.
Vehicle Specific Design: The AEV RX Rear Bumper is compatible with all JL Wranglers. It fits both two and four door models and all trim packages. It accepts the rear ParkSense back-up sensors, factory trailer hitch, hitch wiring, and license plate light.
Optional Accessories: With the ability to carry up to a 40” spare tire, the AEV Tire Carrier Kit (sold separately) is an essential add-on to the AEV RX Rear Bumper. For increased rear visibility, AEV offers a Backup Light Mount Kit (sold separately). This kit allows you to mount a pair of 3-inch LED cube lights to the bumper. AEV offers Fender Flare Extensions (sold separately), that will give your RX Rear Bumper a smooth, factory look. Splash Guards (sold separately) are also available specifically for the RX Rear Bumper.
