The AFE ATLAS 5-Inch DPF-Back Single Exhaust System with Polished Tip; Side Exit is designed to enhance the exhaust flow of your diesel truck, improving horsepower, torque, and reducing exhaust gas temperatures. This system replaces the factory DPF-back section to provide better performance while maintaining a direct fit using original mounting points.
Construction and Appearance. Constructed from durable 5-inch mandrel-bent aluminized steel tubing and finished with a high-luster polished 304 stainless steel slash-cut tip, this exhaust system balances corrosion resistance and style. It incorporates high-quality OE-style flanges, band clamps, and bayonet hangers to ensure a secure, leak-free fitment with a professional appearance.
Installation. This exhaust system installs easily with no modifications or drilling required, utilizing all factory mounting locations. OE-style bayonet hangers keep the exhaust securely in place, resulting in a stable and vibration-resistant setup.
Application. Specifically designed to fit 2011-2016 6.6L Duramax engine trucks, including the Sierra 3500 HD. Note that this product does not fit 2016 3500HD models equipped with a NOX sensor.
