Construction and Appearance. Featuring a large 3″ bar and plate core with TIG-welded 3/16″ aluminum end tanks, this intercooler is designed for maximum strength and durability. The end tanks incorporate multi-directional vane technology to optimize airflow distribution. The unit includes billet aluminum inlets and outlet for added resilience and a precise CNC machined condensation drain port for effective moisture management.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with no drilling required, designed to fit directly in place of the factory intercooler. The kit comes complete with the necessary couplers for a seamless upgrade process.
