Construction and Appearance. Constructed from 3/16-inch TIG welded aluminum plates, the intercooler features durable end tanks with multi-directional vanes that promote superior heat dissipation. Its 2.5-inch bar and plate core design provides increased airflow capacity compared to traditional tube and fin designs. The included tubes are mandrel bent and powder-coated aluminum, complemented by billet aluminum inlet and outlet connections that offer both durability and a refined look.
Installation. Installation is simple and does not require drilling, using supplied heavy-duty couplings and T-bolt clamps to ensure a secure fit. Designed as a direct replacement, it provides a snug and dependable fitment with minimal adjustments.
