Construction and Appearance. This intercooler features a 2-5/8 inch bar and plate core with end tanks made from 3/16 inch TIG-welded aluminum plates. The inlet and outlet are crafted from billet aluminum for superior strength and durability. It is finished with a high-temperature wrinkle-black powder coat on the tubes to insulate against engine heat and resist corrosion, complemented by an aluminum laser-cut logo on the intercooler tubes.

Installation. Installation is straightforward using factory mounting locations and factory-style quick connect fittings. No drilling is required, and the kit includes heavy-duty 5-ply polyester reinforced silicone couplings and stainless steel T-bolt clamps to ensure a secure, hassle-free fit.
