Construction and Appearance. The intercooler features a robust 2-5/8 inch bar and plate core that outperforms traditional tube and fin designs in airflow and heat dissipation. End tanks are fabricated from 3/16 inch TIG-welded aluminum plates, ensuring strength and reliability. Mandrel bent aluminum tubes on the hot and cold sides come finished with a high-temperature wrinkle-black powder coat for enhanced heat insulation and corrosion resistance. Billet aluminum inlets and outlets add to the overall durability and quality of the unit.

Installation. This intercooler installs easily using factory mounting points and stainless steel spring-loaded T-bolt clamps, along with 5-ply reinforced silicone couplings for a secure fit.
