Construction and Appearance. Crafted from mandrel-bent 4-inch 409 stainless steel tubing for durability and maximum flow, this system includes high-quality band clamps and OE-style bayonet hangers to ensure a factory-level fit. It features dual 6-inch polished 304 stainless steel slash-cut tips with a laser-cut stainless steel badge, providing a striking appearance while integrated drain ports help prevent rust and corrosion.
Installation. The exhaust system installs easily using all factory mounting locations and includes a bolt-on bracket to support the driver side tailpipe. Installation requires no modifications or drilling, facilitating a quick and hassle-free process to get your truck back on the road faster.
Application. Designed specifically for the 2011-2016 6.6L Duramax Sierra 3500 HD model, this system does not fit 2016 3500HD models equipped with the NOX sensor.
