HIGH-PERFORMANCE EXHAUST SYSTEM. The AFE Large Bore-HD 5-Inch DPF-Back Single Exhaust System with Polished Tip; Side Exit is engineered to enhance exhaust flow and improve engine efficiency. It is designed for diesel-powered trucks, helping to reduce backpressure while maintaining compliance with emissions standards.
CONSTRUCTION AND APPEARANCE. Crafted from durable 5-inch mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing, this system features a 6-inch diameter polished 304 stainless steel intercooled exhaust tip with a branded logo plate. All components are 100% MIG-welded ensuring strength and longevity.
INSTALLATION. Installation requires some cutting but uses factory-style hangers for a direct and secure fitment. The process is straightforward, requiring no drilling and designed for convenience.
APPLICATION. Designed specifically to fit 2020 through 2026 6.6L Duramax Sierra 3500 HD models without modifications to factory mounting points or emissions components.
