Construction and Appearance. These doors are manufactured using a vacuum infused process with 3K, 2×2 twill carbon fiber cloth, bonded to a fiberglass “skeleton” for added structural support. Finished with a marine grade gel coat containing UV inhibitors, the surface is polished to a high luster gloss that resists fading and maintains an attractive appearance.
Installation. Installation requires precision and experience due to the nature of carbon fiber and fiberglass components; minor adjustments may be necessary. Professional installation is recommended as some body shops may lack expertise with these specialized materials. OE hardware is required but not included with the product.
Application. These doors fit 2020-2026 Chevrolet Corvette C8 models including Convertible, Stingray, and Z06 trims. They are intended for off-road use only and are not street legal. Use with a race sanction approved roll cage featuring door bars is advised for safety.
