The Anderson Composites Type-SS Style Front Fenders in carbon fiber are designed to replace the factory front fenders on Chevrolet Camaros, enhancing both performance and visual appeal. These fenders feature a wider, vented design that improves airflow and gives the vehicle a more aggressive look, ideal for enthusiasts seeking lightweight exterior upgrades.
Construction and Appearance. Made using a vacuum-infused process with premium 3K, 2×2 twill carbon fiber cloth, these fenders include a marine-grade gel coat with UV inhibitors. The gel coat is polished to a high-luster gloss, protecting the surface and showcasing the carbon fiber weave with a race-ready finish.
Installation. Installing these fenders may require minor adjustments to mounting tabs for optimal fitment. They attach using OEM hardware (not included). Installation requires moderate skill, and professional installation is recommended to achieve the best fit and finish. No drilling is necessary.
Application. These fenders are designed for 2016-2024 Chevrolet Camaro models in LS, LT, LT1, and SS trims. They do not fit ZL1 or ZL1 1LE variants and are not compatible with vehicles equipped with wider tires, upgraded wheels, or modified suspension systems.
