The Apex Chassis Super HD Tie Rod Kit improves steering control and durability for heavy-duty trucks by replacing factory tie rods with reinforced, high-quality components. CONSTRUCTION AND APPEARANCE. Manufactured from SAE 1045 solid steel forged housing and SAE 4140 hot forged Chromoly ball studs, this kit features CNC machined precision for accurate fitment. The assembly is finished with an outer phosphate coating and inner electrochemical coating to resist corrosion, complemented by durable CR rubber accordion boots for protection and flexibility.
INSTALLATION. Installation is straightforward and requires no drilling, appropriate for professional or experienced DIY mechanics. It is designed as a direct replacement for the original equipment parts, simplifying the upgrade process.
