Lift Kit Performance. The BDS 2.50-Inch Suspension Lift Kit with FOX 2.0 Performance Shocks is engineered to level the front end of the Ford Ranger, providing improved tire clearance and optimized suspension geometry. It enhances off-road capability and handling without compromising driveline angles or factory skid plate compatibility.
Construction and Appearance. This kit features high-strength steel strut spacers and preload spacers fabricated for durability and precision fitment. The included FOX 2.0 shocks feature a 2-inch impact-extruded aluminum body that is heat-treated and anodized for corrosion resistance and long-lasting performance, with CNC-machined aluminum mounting ends.
Installation. Installation requires disassembly of the front struts and the use of specialty tools such as a high-quality wall-mounted strut compressor and axle nut socket. Drilling and cutting are necessary. Due to the complexity, professional installation or advanced mechanical skill is recommended.
Application. Designed specifically for the 2019-2023 4WD Ford Ranger models, this kit excludes Tremor configurations and vehicles equipped with cast steel steering knuckles to ensure optimal fitment and function.
