Designed to optimize oil flow and reduce cavitation, these gears help maintain engine reliability at high RPMs. They are essential for applications requiring superior pumping efficiency and reduced internal engine wear.
Construction and Performance. Featuring a MartenWear super surface combined with a ColdFinish process, these gears deliver exceptional durability and friction reduction. The ported gerotor design improves flow efficiency, with a finish engineered to withstand surface speeds up to 13,000 RPM without compromising wear resistance.
Installation. Compatible with all OEM and billet crankshafts, this product requires no special drilling or modifications. Although installation involves internal engine service, it is designed to fit directly without additional machining.
Application. Designed to fit 2011–2014 and 2018–2020 5.0L Ford F-150 models. It is not compatible with 2021 and newer models due to their belt-driven oil pump system.
