Designed to integrate seamlessly, it provides clear, real-time video through the factory screen, improving visibility and situational awareness for the driver while backing up or monitoring blind spots.
Construction and Appearance. This camera features a compact license plate bar universal mount constructed with a durable waterproof casing rated IP67, ensuring protection against water and dust. It uses a high-definition super CMOS sensor with 600 TV line resolution for crisp image quality. The camera and interface module harnesses are professionally loomed for durability and neat installation, tailored specifically for truck applications when selected.
Installation. The camera kit installs quickly with a plug-and-play multi-camera interface that connects directly to the factory SYNC 4 system without the need for cutting or splicing factory wiring. Professional installation is recommended, but no dealer reprogramming is necessary; some vehicle disassembly is required to access the factory radio.
Warranty. This product includes a 3-year warranty on the camera and a 1-year warranty on the integration interface module.
