Construction and Appearance. Crafted from cast aluminum, this intake manifold features a natural finish for durability and a clean, classic appearance. The design eliminates injector bosses for a sleek look and integrates O-ring port seals for secure sealing, accommodating turbocharger, blower, or nitrous setups with ease. It also includes a billet aluminum oil fill cap.
Installation. The manifold installs with moderate difficulty typical of intake manifold replacements and requires no drilling. It is designed to bolt directly onto compatible Gen III HEMI engines with a 4150 flange for straightforward mounting of carburetors or EFI systems.
Application. This intake manifold is compatible with 5.7-Liter, 6.1-Liter, and 6.4-Liter Gen III HEMI engines and fits various applications beyond a single vehicle line. It supports performance setups including turbocharger, centrifugal blower, and nitrous oxide.
