Universal Catalytic Converter. The Magnaflow Universal Catalytic Converter, OEM Grade, 2.50-Inch, is designed to reduce harmful vehicle emissions and maintain emission compliance by meeting or exceeding federal EPA standards for applicable vehicles. It features a catalyst blend formulated to maximize efficiency and help keep the check engine light off.
Construction and Appearance. This catalytic converter includes durable 308 stainless steel MIG welds and a compact, lightweight spun stainless steel body for easy installation in tight spaces. The stainless finish and high strength 16 gauge 409 stainless steel tubing provide exceptional corrosion resistance and long-lasting durability.
Installation. Installation requires welding and is intended for use in confined areas. Clamps and hangers are not included. The universal design allows flexible placement and orientation to accommodate a variety of vehicle setups. Professional welding installation is highly recommended to ensure proper fit and function.
Warranty. This product comes with both a comprehensive emissions warranty and a construction warranty for added assurance of compliance and durability.
Application. Designed to fit a wide range of vehicles, including but not limited to 03-06 RAM 1500 models. Actual fitment should be verified for each specific vehicle. Not legal for sale or use in California, Colorado, or New York emissions-controlled vehicles.
