Reduce the Noise, Not the Performance: Nitto’s Ridge Grappler Tire features a specially designed tread pattern that expertly reduces tire noise and droning on the highway without sacrificing performance.
Shielding Sidewall Design: Nitto uses a high-density dual sidewall design featuring traditional square side lugs, and aggressive-styled angular lugs for unrivaled side protection.
Puncture Protection: The Ridge Grappler is engineered with Nitto’s tough stone ejecting ribs that constantly removes debris long before they become an issue.
Tread Block Rigidity: For improved traction, Nitto reinforces the coupling joints on their Ridge Grappler tires. These joints connect the outer most tread blocks to the center blocks.
Staggered Shoulder Lugs: The Ridge Grappler has an enhanced lug design for better off-road ability. The shoulder lugs wrap down the sidewall, which provides additional traction in loose terrain.
Alternating Pattern: Shoulder grooves are arranged in alternating widths and lengths to clear mud and maintain grip. Lateral Z grooves are set in a zig-zag pattern to provide biting edges for additional traction.
