Designed for trucks with a 2-inch factory lift, this kit preserves ride quality and handling while allowing up to 37×12.50 tires, making it essential for serious off-road enthusiasts seeking both ruggedness and comfort.
Construction and Appearance. This lift kit features boxed steel front and rear cross members with a full-width 3/16-inch thick steel skid plate for superior strength and durability. Fabricated steel rear lift blocks and heavy-duty top mount strut extensions maintain factory geometry. The components are finished with a textured, corrosion-resistant coating designed to withstand harsh terrain and challenging conditions.
Installation. Installation is moderately challenging and is best performed by a certified mechanic, requiring approximately 10 hours. No drilling is needed, but post-installation alignment and headlight aim adjustments are necessary to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Warranty. This kit includes a ReadyGuard Powertrain Warranty, providing added peace of mind for performance and durability. Application. Designed specifically for 2019-2024 Silverado 1500 Trail Boss models equipped with a 2″ factory lift, excluding diesel engines and configurations with rear mono-leaf springs. Single cab versions have not been validated for fitment.
