Construction and Appearance. Built from heavy-duty 3/16-inch thick boxed steel, the kit includes robust front and rear cross members along with a full-width skid plate to enhance durability. The front strut extensions are heavy-duty designed to retain factory geometry and optimize shock performance. Components have a rugged finish to resist corrosion and wear under demanding conditions.
Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skill and approximately 10 hours of labor, excluding wheel and tire assembly and alignment. The process uses all necessary hardware, and typically no drilling is required; however, adjustments to headlamp aim and vehicle alignment will be necessary after installation.
Warranty. The kit includes the ReadyGuard Powertrain Warranty, offering added peace of mind.
Application. Specifically engineered for GM Sierra 1500 models from 2019 to 2024, excluding Diesel, AT4, and Denali trims. Not compatible with vehicles equipped with Adaptive Ride Control, Multimatic suspension, or rear mono-leaf springs.
