DescriptionHigh-speed stability and comfort for riding on the toughest trials is what the Front 2.5″ Body Mono-tube Shock with 2.5″ – 3.5″ Lifts deliver. With the ability to simply bolt on to your Jeep Wrangler JL, the mono-tube shock includes a hydraulic rebound cut off. This rebound cut off helps to eliminate severe top-outs. Rubicon Express manufactured these shocks to allow for maximum control without taking away from the ride quality. Within the mono-tube shock, they put nitrogen gas and oil separated by a non-reservoir floating piston so that the shocks do not fill with air bubbles while moving at high speeds. A wiper seal prevents contamination within the shock. To maximize the quality of your ride, Rubicon Express has tuned their shocks using a 2.5″ full bore piston for maximum dampening capability, to match their spring rates specifically.
Strength and Durability: These shocks have a powder coat finish as well as 6061-T6 billet aluminum anodized components and 7/8″ OD hardened chrome shaft.
Mono-tube: Hydraulic rebound cut off with nitrogen gas and oil filling the shocks so that aeration does not occur.
Wiper Seal: Keeps the oil and nitrogen gas from being contaminated.
Smooth Ride: Rubicon Express tunes their shocks using a 2.5″ full bore piston.
