SUSPENSION LIFT KIT. The BDS 3.5-Inch Suspension Lift Kit with NX2 Nitro Shocks is engineered specifically for 2019-2023 Ford Ranger 4WD models with factory aluminum knuckles, excluding Tremor versions. It raises the vehicle stance and capability by improving tire clearance and providing a 3.5-inch front lift with 1-inch rear lift shackles while maintaining proper suspension geometry and driveline alignment for dependable performance and a factory-like ride.
CONSTRUCTION AND APPEARANCE. This kit includes high-strength steel components such as tubular upper control arms made from 1.5-inch outer diameter steel with greaseable ball joints, steel top mount strut spacers, pre-load spacers, and differential relocation brackets. The shocks are available in NX2 Nitro Nitrogen-charged twin-tube or FOX 2.0 Performance Series options, both designed for durability and corrosion resistance with a silver powder coat finish.
INSTALLATION. Installation requires moderate mechanical skill and common specialty tools such as a strut compressor and axle nut socket. This kit features a 100% bolt-on design with no drilling or permanent modifications necessary, allowing for a straightforward upgrade process.
APPLICATION. Designed exclusively for 2019-2023 Ford Ranger 4WD models equipped with factory aluminum steering knuckles, excluding Tremor packages, and not compatible with vehicles that have cast steel knuckles. Recommended tires are 285/65R18 or 305/55R20 on appropriately sized wheels with a minimum 93.1mm hub bore; larger tires may require trimming or specific wheel selections to maintain optimal clearance and performance.
